Megan McPherson has extensive experience managing FF&E and OS&E purchasing for hotels, resorts, and restaurant projects across the U.S. and Mexico. With a foundation in commercial real estate development and finance, she excels at contract negotiations and logistics planning, ensuring each project is thoughtfully executed.

Megan holds a B.S. in Real Estate from New York University and has traveled to over 25 countries, always with a curated list of hotels known for their chic lobby bars to check out. Inspired by Mexican artists and architecture, her favorite hotels effortlessly blend form and function — a theme she brings to her own management style.

Megan is based in El Segundo, CA and lives with her fiancé and their two dogs, Willy and Louis. She also owns a small coffee business that she describes as a whimsical, well-ness oriented online marketplace for specialty coffee and unique accessories.
